Subscription, Cancelation, Prices and Payment

How much does the SW cost?

0,60€ (+ VAT 21%) / Active member* **

* Our pricing is based on the number of active members in the lounge. An active member means a member who got dispensed in the lounge during the month.

** The maximum amount we’ll invoice is for 500 ACTIVE members. If you have more than 500 ACTIVE members, we will not charge anything extra.

What does month without commitment mean?

Is 30 day period that starts from the first time you sign into the software. In this period you should set up and use the software, once maximum of 23 days have passed, you have the right to cancel your subscription, informing us by email to soporte@cannabisclub.systems, and will NOT get charged for the trial month. If you wish to continue, trial month will be charged as normal, per active member other module that you have chosen.

Where can I find my invoices?

Users with access level ADMINISTRATOR can find the invoices by entering the administration panel, in the Administration box, clicking on the button “my invoices”. Once inside click on the invoice and the PDF will open or download with the detail for the use of the software in the previous month, payment method and bank account details

When are invoices issued?

The invoices, for the use of the software in the previous month, are issued on the 2nd or 3rd day of the following month.

What do I do if I get the pending payment alert?

You have to pay the pending invoice (s) and send the payment receipt to facturacion@cannabisclub.systems

What do I do if I get the pending payment alert and I’ve already paid for it?

Please send the proof of payment to facturacion@cannabisclub.systems.

How can I pay my invoice?

Invoices can be paid in the following way:

1. By Bank transfer
  • Mykinlink SL
  • CIF: B87843504
  • IBAN: ES94 0182 0981 4902 0318 3962
  • SWIFT: BBVAESMM
2. Direct deposit (by visiting a BBVA office/cashpoint)
3. Payment by credit card

Card payments can be made within your CCS system.

Users with ADMINISTRATOR access level can pay invoices by logging into the administration panel, in the Administration box by clicking on the “my invoices” button.

Once inside you will see the button “PAY INVOICE(S)” by entering here you can pay them by credit card.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to anti-fraud measures, only credit cards issued in Spain can be used to pay from a Spanish location. If you wish to use a foreign card, you must make the payment from the country where your card was issued or, alternatively, use a VPN.

Can invoices be paid by direct debit?

Yes, users with ADMINISTRATOR access level can opt for direct debit by logging into the administration panel, in the Administration box by clicking on the “my invoices” button.

Inside you will find the button “DIRECT DEBIT”.

How can I cancel the direct debit? 

By sending an email with the cancellation request and the customer number to facturacion@cannabisclub.systems.

Can CCS direct debit my account?

Yes. All you have to do is send full bank holders name and surname and IBAN number to facturacion@cannabisclub.systems

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email to soporte@cannabisclub.systems 10 working days in advance.

How can I get the software?

Please go to the following link: https://ccsnube.com/launch and submit your lounge and contact details. Once revised and approved by one of our staff you will receive an email with the link to your system.

What are the requirements to install the software?

All you need is a computer / laptop with internet connection and a browser.
It works on operating systems such as Windows, iOS, Linux, Android.
It also works on iPad tablets with special solution for it. (You can check it in the Hardware catalogue).

Software use

How can I access my software?

To access the software for the first time, follow the link which we have sent to your email submitted in https://ccsnube.com/launch.

If you can’t find it, send us an email to soporte@cannabisclub.systems or call 644 441 092.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

  • Enter into the software with another administrator / worker user. Then go to your full profile, there you can find button “password”
  • From the login page of the system, under the username and password box you will find the “Forgot password” button. If you are using a real email, which you have access to, you can reset it this way, since the email is sent to you to reset your password.
  • Send an email to soporte@cannabisclub.systems indicating the lounge and user name.

How can I pay for my order?

3. Payment upon delivery

This entails an additional cost of minimum 3€+VAT or 3%+VAT, depending on the value of the merchandise

If you make the order from our online CCS SHOP, which you can find in your system, you can pay with a debit / credit card. This method carries a cost of 1.5% of the purchase value.

What is the return policy?

By law you have the right to return the goods purchased, without indicating the reason, for most of the products within 14 days from the day you received the product.
To cancel a purchase during the 14-day decision period, send us an email to hardware@cannabisclub.systems

Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused and complete in their original packaging.

What do I do if my order has not arrived?

If more than 48 horas have passed since your estimated delivery date, please contact us at:

What do I do if my order has arrived damaged?

If possible, take the photos of the damaged product and send it with the order and lounge’s name to hardware@cannabisclub.systems
